Gary L. Herman (46) is a founder of Abacoa Capital Management, LLC. Mr. Herman has been involved in the founding and management of several investment funds since 2003. Mr. Herman has been a FINRA registered representative since 1998 and is currently registered with Arcadia Securities, LLC, a New York based FINRA licensed broker-dealer. Prior to this Mr. Herman served as an investment professional with Burnham Securities Inc., a New York based investment banking firm. Mr. Herman has served as a Director of both public and private companies. Mr. Herman holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the University at Albany Foundation as well as the NYC Industrial Development Agency.
